Booking Conditions
- Child age is considered 2-11 years
- Up to (2)-two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds
- Guarantee bookings require a 20% deposit at time of booking
- Payments accepted are VISA and MasterCard only
- All room rates are quoted in USD currency, subject to 7.5% government VAT and 5% hotel fee
- Rates are charged per night per unit based on single/double occupancy
- $10 extra person surcharge applies per night
- Cancellations must be made (30) THIRTY days prior to the arrival date during Festive/Winter Seasons and (15) FIFTEEN days over the Summer Season
- No shows and early departures are considered cancellations
- A minimum stay applies of 5-nights in Winter Season and 3-nights in Summer Season
- Only written notice for cancellations will be accepted via e-mail (and must be sent to moonrakerbarbados@gmail.com )
